01Operator and purpose
Atlas Drive Access is maintained by the owner of codymillo.com for private, owner-approved recordkeeping and file-management tasks. It is not offered as a general public file-upload or account service.
02Google data accessed
The integration uses Google's drive.file permission. It can access files created with the app or explicitly authorized for it, including relevant file contents, names, identifiers, and metadata. It does not request blanket access to all Google Drive files.
03Processing and service providers
Relevant data is processed on Atlas's VPS and may be sent to OpenAI to fulfill an approved request. Google stores Drive files; hosting and infrastructure providers support the service. Cloudflare hosts this informational website and may process ordinary web-request and security information under its policies. The site adds no advertising, analytics, contact forms, or sign-in functionality.
04Limited use and model training
Google-derived user data is used only to provide the authorized functionality. It is not sold, used for advertising, or retained or transferred to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Use of Google API data is subject to Google’s API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
05Storage, retention, and owner control
Drive records, VPS working copies, conversation/tool history, and recovery copies may be retained under the applicable owner-approved procedures and provider retention terms. Revoking the Google connection prevents further use of that authorization but does not automatically delete existing copies. The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and authorize review or deletion of stored copies through the existing private administration workflow. No fixed deletion deadline or automatic backup erasure is promised here.
06Policy updates
Material changes to data access or handling require review and an updated notice before the new use is introduced.
